May, Might

The cost of raw materials may increase as of January.
1月以降原材料の値段が上がるかもしれない。
The price of houses might go down by as much as 10% in the near future.
近い将来家の価格が10%も下がるかもしれない。
mightはmayよりも起こる確率が低い時に使われます。
また口語ではmightのほうがよく使われます。

chance of

There's a strong chance of negotiating a lower price.
より低価格を交渉できる機会が大いにある。
We've every chance of getting the contract.
私たちは契約を成立させるあらゆる可能性をもっている。
There's a slight / slim chance of that happening.
それが起こる可能性は低い。
